Restocks & Shipping Policies
Why is everything sold out? When will you restock? ~
For a schedule of releases please check the tab called "Schedule". We release Collections on certain dates and times. Because we are a ready to ship shop, we only list items that we have in stock to keep a short turnaround time. It is not feasible for us to keep all collections in stock at all times.
Shop Closing Dates ~
Shop will be closed from 9/20 until 11/01, as I am expecting baby #3 on 10/05. During this time we'll be working behind the scenes on our November limited edition kit and preparing for Black Friday.
Our currently estimated processing time is 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email. Please keep this in mind before placing an order.
Please double check your address before placing an order. Orders will be shipped to the address provided on file.
Once an order is marked as 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the USPS. If you are not sure what's going on with your order please call your local post office and provide them with your tracking number so they can further assist you.
For international orders, shipping can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Please take processing time into consideration when placing an order.
Customer is responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, duties or taxes that may be assessed upon entry to the respective countries.
Non-tracking option: Orders will be sent in a regular envelope, with added cardstock to prevent the stickers from getting bent. Although it says non-tracking, it will actually come with a tracking number. Custom forms are still printed on the label, please keep this is mind as it might result in custom charges upon entering your country.
